Whenever I used to think about snowboarding I was always amazed at how stupid the inventor must have been. Before you guys close this window and go to the next blog let me explain. Now answer me this, who in their right mind would want to fly down a mountain at high speeds without being able to move your feet, yea thats right, NOBODY. So that’s why when I started on the mountain I was on ski’s. But man was I in love with everything about snowboarding the second I saw boarders flying down the mountain with such grace. Before you could even blink I was now that little 6 year old trying to stay off my butt. But every snowboarder knows, it’s a long long road until you can board with the best.
I started on that journey when I was 6 years old and never looked back. Now I’m 19 years old with a huge amount of experience and I’m hoping to share my opinions with you guys. I’ve been all around North America to way to many mountains to count and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. While most of my snowboarding career has been filled with joy and happiness, I have made some ill-advised purchases that I’m hoping never happens to anyone else. Thats one of the main goals that I have for this blog, to make sure that everyone who reads this has the best snowboarding experience possible.
My snowboarding career is something that I’m very proud of because of how much work I’ve put in and the joy I’ve gotten out. I’ve had a whole 13 years to pick up on all the do’s and don’ts of snowboarding that most haven’t had the chance to encounter. I’ve used many different brands from Burton to Lib Tech to Artec and they all have their pros and cons. I’m here to give you the best equipment, apparel, mountains, and styles for the best bang for your buck while filtering out those cons and giving you the best time while flying down those mountains.
